As you gaze out the windows, observing the waves, a gentle misty breeze from the heater sweeps across the top bench, offering a comforting heat that feels more pleasurable than painful. "Löyly" is a Finnish term for the steam created when water is poured on hot sauna rocks. It's hard to translate directly into English, but it conveys the essence of "Spirit of Life."

After your first invigorating sauna session, you feel a rush of energy and excitement as you race toward the vast ocean, eagerly plunging into its refreshing embrace. After wading through the gentle waves for a bit, you gradually make your way back to the serene beach canopy that has been thoughtfully set up for your comfort. There, you savor some delightful refreshments, allowing yourself a moment to relax and rejuvenate before you joyfully return to the inviting warmth of the hot room.
